SADAIS meditation
The SADAIS meditations are produced for a wide audience by a small Protestant organisation. They aim to encourage believers to nurture their faith through regular meditation on the Word of God, in accordance with the teachings of Psalm 119:
I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways. (verse 15)

Princes also did sit and speak against me: but thy servant did meditate in thy statutes. (verse 23)

Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works. (verse 27)

My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes. (verse 48)

Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts. (verse 78)

O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day. (verse 97)

I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation. (verse 99)

Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word. (verse 148)
By offering topics for meditation paired with a list of Bible verses that shed light on these topics, the SADAIS Meditations aim to help believers—whose time may be limited—to begin their meditation practice. SADAIS Meditations strive to be as unobtrusive as possible in guiding the meditation process: no preaching, no commentary. The reader is placed directly in contact with the biblical teaching alone. Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, he is then entirely free to direct his thinking as he sees fit, amending and supplementing the provided list of biblical passages.
